Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why is my tracking number not updating?
It may take 1-3 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If there is no update after 5 days, please contact us.

2. My order is being shipped via Sea Freight. How do I track it?
For oversized machinery parts shipped by sea, we will provide a specific bill of lading (B/L) number and a dedicated tracking portal link via email.

3. I haven't received a tracking number yet.
Orders typically process within 1-3 business days. Please check your "Spam" folder or contact info@beespareparts.com if you haven't heard from us after 4 business days.
