Return & Refund Policy

At BeeSpareParts, we stand behind the quality of our machinery parts. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item was received within the last 30 days.
• The product is in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
• The product has not been installed, used, or damaged by improper installation.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

Before returning any items, please contact us at info@beespareparts.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return warehouse address. Do not send items back to the original shipping address on the package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

We believe in fair commerce. Responsibility for shipping costs is determined by the reason for return:

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective part, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Electrical components (e.g., control boards, sensors) that show signs of installation (due to risk of short-circuit damage).
• Custom-made or specially ordered heavy machinery components.

7. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placement. If the order has already been processed or shipped, please follow the return process above.
