What does the repair parts do?
The "four sets" of the engine are: piston, piston ring, piston pin and cylinder liner. The above four parts and the connecting rod together form the piston and connecting rod group of the engine; it is the core component of the engine and is also the engine failure repair. One of the more complex parts.
1. Piston: The car engine is like the "heart" of the car, and the piston can be understood as the "center" of the engine. The working environment of the piston is relatively harsh; its main function is to complete the processes of suction, compression, workmanship, and exhaust; When the piston fails, it will generally cause oil burning and cylinder scuffing.
2. Piston ring: The role of the piston air ring is to ensure the tightness between the cylinder and the piston, to prevent air leakage, and to transfer most of the heat absorbed by the top of the piston to the cylinder wall and be taken away by the cooling water; the oil ring acts as a cloth oil and scraping oil; Generally, when the piston ring fails, the piston will pull the cylinder, knock the cylinder, etc.
3. Piston pin: The piston pin is a cylindrical pin installed on the skirt of the piston. The middle part passes through the small head hole of the connecting rod to connect the piston and the connecting rod. Its function is to transmit the gas force borne by the piston to the connecting rod. , or make the small end of the connecting rod drive the piston to move together. In order to reduce the weight, the piston pin is generally made of high-quality alloy steel and made hollow; generally, when the piston pin fails, the abnormal noise of the cylinder will appear.
4. Cylinder liner: The cylinder liner is a cylindrical part, which is placed in the cylinder body hole of the machine body, and is pressed and fixed by the cylinder head; the piston reciprocates in its inner hole, and there is cooling water outside; the cylinder liner has many The data is damaged by wear and deformation. Generally, if the cylinder liner is broken, it can be replaced directly.
