Q: What if the part number matches the product description but my car is not included in the FIT CAR MODEL list?

A: Please send us your 17-digit VIN and the list of parts you wish to purchase via live chat (message). We will identify for you through our Vehicle Configuration Database and let you know whether the part will fit your vehicle or not, and finding the correct part for you.

Q: What if my car answers the description of year, make, model and engine code in the product description but does not hae a matching part number?

A: Please send us your 17-digit VIN and the part numberyou wish to purchase via live chat (message). We will help you identify through our Vehicle Configuration Database and ley you know whether the part will fit your vihicle as soon as possible.

Q: I do not want the whole kit, and can I just purchase some parts in the kit?

A: Usually, we do sell parts in the kit separately. If you cannot find it in the store, you can tell us your car model and the list of the parts you need via Message, and we will answer you with a relevant link.

Q: What if my package demaged, lost or with any other problem during shipping?

A: Even though every item we sell is carefully checked and packaged before shipping out, inevitably there could be some unforseen circumstance.
If there is a shipping-related issue with the item you purchased, please do tell us via Message and describe the problem at length with the relevant pictures attached (if any). We will do our best to assist you to solve the issue.

Q: What if shipping is not avaliable in my region/zone?

A: Sorry to hear about the shipping challenges here! The platform shipping service may not cover some zones. If the order cannot be shipped to your lacation, please contact the store for more information. Our service team may draw out another avaliable shipping method, as well as an estimated shipping rate.

The bad weather or peak season could make it longer, please be patient.

Terms of Sales

The amount we charged only includes the product, shipping and handling. Any custom or import tax has to be put in buyer's side.

Please check the specification carefully to ensure you get what you want. If it is not due to quality issue or wrong descriptions, the returning cost will be put in buyer's side.
