How does a coupling work?
Hydraulic coupling, also known as hydraulic coupling, is a hydraulic transmission device used to connect a power source (usually an engine or motor) with a working machine and transmit torque by changing the momentum moment of the liquid.According to different uses, hydraulic couplings are divided into ordinary hydraulic couplings, torque-limiting hydraulic couplings and speed-regulating hydraulic couplings. Among them, the torque-limiting hydraulic coupler is mainly used for start-up protection of the motor reducer and impact protection during operation, position compensation and energy buffering; the speed-regulating hydraulic coupler is mainly used for adjusting the input-output speed ratio and other functions. It is basically the same as the torque-limiting hydraulic coupling.
According to the number of working chambers, hydraulic couplers are divided into single working chamber hydraulic couplers, double working chamber hydraulic couplers and multi-working chamber hydraulic couplers. According to the different blades, hydraulic couplers are divided into radial blade hydraulic couplers, inclined blade hydraulic couplers and rotary blade hydraulic couplers.
