A: The most reliable way is to match the Part Number. If you don't have it, please provide your Machine Model and Serial Number (VIN) to our team. We have a professional database to verify the fitment for you before shipping.

Q: What is the estimated delivery time?

A: Delivery times depend on the item size and your location. We use Express for small/medium parts and Sea Freight for oversized/heavy items

The total delivery time is: Processing Time (1-3 Business Days) + Transit Time.

A: Our prices do not include local VAT or import duties. Since customs policies vary by country, customers are responsible for any potential import taxes according to local laws.

A: We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be uninstalled, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending any items back.

A: We take full responsibility for our mistakes. If you receive the wrong part or it arrives damaged, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement immediately.
